JUDr. Ondřej Bultas

Since the beginning of 2010, Ondřej has been working as an attorney-at-law. His professional journey commenced in 2006, following the successful completion of his studies at the Faculty of Law. From 2007 onward, he has honed his legal expertise within a renowned law firm, gaining practical and theoretical knowledge across a diverse array of legal domains. Initially specializing in legal representation in court, commercial law, and real estate law, including restitution disputes, Ondřej’s practice expanded over time to encompass corporate law, labor law, and criminal law.

Ondřej’s notable strength lies in representing clients in court, where he consistently achieves a high level of success. This success is attributed not only to his skills and knowledge but also to his meticulous preparation for each dispute.

In addition to his legal practice, Ondřej is actively engaged in publishing activities. He is the author of numerous professional legal articles, particularly focusing on defects in private law acts and the legal consequences arising from such defects.
